ISKRA had a rehearsal space in Stockholm from 1970 and was joined by Vargavinter and, Spjärnsvallet in 1974, and later on by some grouprs like Archimedes Badkar, Arbete & Fritid and Bitter Funeral Beer Band. Here are some photos by Karl-Erik Tallmo from a concert we did together at Fasching in 1975:

In celebration of  Vietnam’s liberation in 1975 we named our music collective Ett Minne för Livet (A Memory for Life) We started to do some concerts together, did some ambitious teaching projects of world music with the groups and even released a four LP albums under our own label:

In 1978 (I think) our musicians Ett Minne för Livet did a concert together at the Cultural House in Stockholm that was taped by Swedish Television and broadcasted later that year. We were the groups Iskra, Vargavinter, Spjärnsvallet and Archimedes.
